In 1993 House of Farnam was commissioned to design an officially licensed cachet saluting Emmett Kelly, the world's favorite clown, in conjunction with the issue of Scott #2750-53, the Circus setenant. Produced in limited quantity, only a few of these whimsical First Day Covers remain.
